Tegan works at a cake and coffee shop. Aaron works for Red Steel Security. Thinking she is finally safe after a mob gangster had died. Then her car is bomb and Aaron witnesses it, now the attraction is something he doesn’t want to ignore any longer. It was her brother that stole from the gang and has since disappeared. Aaron ‘s mother is also bring his son into the coffee shop and getting to know Tegan. A fast paced action, with a love that won’t be denied any longer. Dangerous Protector is book 14 in the Red Stone Security Series by Katie Reus. I really enjoyed this book This series has evolved as it continues. The suspense is still there. The plots are still good. The interaction between the characters is well thought out. The series has branched out to include not only employees at Red Stone but also their family and friends. This story invovled Tegan O'Kelly and Aaron Fitpatrick. Aaron (a former Marine) works at Red Stone and Tegan works at a bakery/coffee shop. Aaron is a single dad, who has been burned before, so he is not looking to get involved, even though he feels an attraction to Tegan. When Tegan's past comes back to haunt her with a vengance, Aaron becomes dead set on protecting her. This was a pretty fast paced book and a very quick read for me.

Dangerous Protector is Book number 14 of the Red Stone Security series. My how time does fly, it seems like just yesterday that Porter and Lizzie were getting together! And the books just keep getting better. This is one of my favorite series and I do my utmost best to stay on top of when releases happen. (Her other series are pretty amazing as well!) In Dangerous Protector, Tegan O'Kelly has managed to settle in Tampa for the past 8 months after being on the run for two years from a chicago gangster who wants her dead. She has a nice job in a friend's coffee shop and a web business on the side. Everyone seems to like her with the exception of Aaron Fitzpatrick. Aaron finds himself attracted to Tegan and that's the very last thing the single father of a 5 year old wants. So he's surly to Tegan and avoids eye contact when he's in her shop. But he forgets part of his order one day, and when Tegan goes to her car on the way back after taking it back to him, her car explodes. When she explains everything to him at the hospital, Aaron steps up to the plate and decides to protect Tegan. Will they give in to their feelings? And just who is trying to kill Tegan? Grab a copy and find out. It's amazing! It's sexy! Aaron is the alpha male women want warming their bed, sweet and protective out of bed and a primal beast in the sheets!

Just finished Dangerous Protector and loved it. I have read all of the Redstone Security books and loved them all. I've enjoyed all of your books. However, as an Italian American, I was not too happy about how Italians were portrayed in this book.
