  • A surprising change…

    I wasn’t sure exactly what to expect when starting this book but it has really changed my thinking and I’m viewing food in a whole new way! A positive way for sure. I’m really thinking about how I feel when I eat something and when I am hungry I’m asking myself what would satisfy my hunger and leave me feeling good. I’ve been on a lot of diets and am having to relearn that fruits are not to be demonized and that it’s ok to eat them again. I haven’t started seeing changes in my weight yet, but I have started noticing changes in my mindset and behavior. Going to read the one on alcohol next. Looking forward to changing that mindset as well!

  • I had doubts

    My food issues are DEEP and I truly thought this book would not help. Throughout the read, I had doubts. But as soon as I finished, I stopped craving all my usual comforting junk foods. My fridge is filled with fruits and veggies! I’m only 3 days in but I feel free and don’t obsess over food 24/7. Wow!
