This was a poignant story of Kody and Hill finally making peace with the past and the feelings they share. Scary moments with an unknown relative and a crazed killer. Excellent storyline and strong characters. Loved this book.

Riveting and a rush of love! Jay Crownover once again makes me want to relocate to a small town full of eligible cowboys to find “the one.” Really enjoyed this third book in the series. I can’t wait for Blacklisted to find out what happens next!!!

Absolutely loved this book!!! I was looking forward to it since the I finished the first book! Hill was the perfect hero for Kody. Those two deserved an HEA! Hill and Kody have known each other practically their whole lives. These two have a past but not as lovers but as friends & Kody dates his younger brother. Hill came back into town to help with the murder of Kody’s father. This book holds a lot of drama, tension, and angsty! I enjoyed watching these two finally get their HEA and the suspense along side that! I highly recommend this book!! I can NOT express how I’m dying for Shot’s book next!!! Read this now! I was given an advanced copy from netgalley & readforeverpub for an honest review!

ARC for honest review with no compensation 4.5 stars received from NetGalley and Forever Unforgiven is book 2 in the Loveless, Texas series by Jay Crownover, a new to me author and will definitely be reading more of her books and this series! Hill Gamble, Texas Ranger has come back to Lovelace, Texas to investigate the death of the town’s corrupt sheriff and father of the woman he fell in love with years ago except she fell in love with his younger brother Aaron who had lots of issues and has passed away. Kody Lawton fell in love with Hill and his younger brother Aaron but when push came to shove she chose the younger brother. Hill backed off and left town but now he’s back to investigate her dad‘s death and all the old feelings arise again but can she open her heart, leave the past behind and let her love shine through… Suspense, tragedy, anger, longing, mystery and a love everlasting are just some of the things you will find in this book.

WOW!!! I loved my introduction to Loveless but this book took that love to a whole new level!! The angst level is super high with this book and at times I cried so much, I had no choice but to walk away for a minute. I am so excited for the next book in this series!! I need some Shot in my life ASAP!!
