With the help of an old flame, Congressman Sam Kingsley, Pat delves into Abigail's life, only to turn up horrifying facts that threaten to destroy senator's reputation and her career. • My first book og MHC

This was my first book I ever read by Mrs. Clark and found it so breathtaking. Every page was exciting as the plot would rise and I couldn’t stop at times lol. I’ve read this over many times.

  • Scary, riveting reading!

I always thought the title of this book made it sound like a great thriller even before I had any idea of the book’s plot. After I started reading it, I knew I wasn’t wrong! A creepy, suspenseful thriller that builds to a harrowing climax!

  • Very good

I truly enjoyed the story, as I have all of Ms. Higgins books, but I need to point out that there are to many misspells, missing quotation marks, points, etc, on the books. It seems as if the final draft is not proofread at all before being sent for print. I have found the same situation on all the books I’ve read from this author. AJ
