Reviews
  • Read. It.

Was an athlete in my youth and coaches would always say “[insert sport…] is 90% mental” but they would never explain what they meant by that statement. This helps explain so much! I learned a lot and will continue because this book has so many answers to understanding and being kind to myself

  • 4 times is a charm.

I read this book 4 times already and have concluded that it is best to absorbe the inspiration than try to elaborate concepts. The moment you do that, self 1 has contaminated the process and restrained self 2.
