I literally beat Chess.com bot Julia and Miguel 1800 and 1900 Elo after reading the first 2 chapters . I lost my habit to read but I started to like chess so I said let me get into this and actually read it because Levy is a good teacher ( my opinion) and I want to up my chess game, chess is beautiful. After I read the 2 chapters and did all the opening stuff on Chessly .com I beat Julia rated 1800 and after just 3-4 rounds I beat Miguel. I was playing Julia every other day and losing . You must read though and do the chessly stuff !

I’m extremely impressed with the links (QR codes in the old fashioned books) at the end of each chapter. Levy kept mentioning in his YouTube show these links but I didn’t really understand until I used them how beneficial they are. They take you to free lessons on the Chessly web site. And the lessons take you through what the chapter just explained. Chessly is a pay site but since you link from the book the lessons are free. Extremely innovative. No other chess book has this, at least that I know of. The book itself is also very informative and classy. It starts at the beginning but definitely includes material that intermediates and beyond can use. I highly recommend this book to anyone who enjoys chess. The free Chessly lessons alone make the book worth it.
