Let me start by saying I like the premise of these books, but I almost didn’t make it past the first few chapters of Eli’s story. The dialogue feels repetitive and more adolescent than adult. The timeline is choppy and unclear leaving you wondering if you’re reading about something immediately following the event that just happened or if days or weeks have passed. There’s little character development beyond that of the main characters of each story. Though it’s clear the author wants to reveal each character’s personality and inner turmoil in their own book, it leaves you feeling irritable because you just don’t know enough about each character to feel invested. The writing improved slightly in Evan’s story, so I’m hoping that this is one of the author’s first books (series) and that she was still finding her writing style.

A Night For Us - 5 stars An amazing start to a new series giving us the build up to Eli meeting the one...does he or doesn't he get the girl and love?? Soooo looking forward to his journey, along with his brothers❤❤❤❤❤ One Way Back To Me - 5 stars 2nd chance romance is my favorite and this one brings the eldest brother Eli that 2nd chance with Alexis but just when he thinks things are working in their favor her past comes back to haunt them...grab this nail biting, page turning, steamy love story in this new series starter. Loved it!!! Always The One For Me - 5 stars I love 2nd chance romance. Evan & Kendall's journey is filled with grief, heart break and loss but it is also filled with a 2nd chance to learn each other, grow with each other and grab the love of their lives and hold on...no matter the road. Loved it!!!
